Vendor & Community Organization Registration
We are currently accepting registrations from vendors, and community organizations. Please register below.
Vendors and organizations must bring their own tables, chairs, and tent (10'x10'). The weather can be unpredictable so plan ahead for rain and sun. Power and wifi not available on site, vendor to provide their own power if they require it.
Set up starts at 9:00 - 10:00am, before the parade. Be ready to sell as soon as you are set up. Be on site no later than 9:30am as the main road into Madeira Park will be closing to regular traffic.
Field events start from 12:00 - 3:00pm
Important note: please do not park in the spaces at the north end of the field (by the chain link fence). These spots are reserved for the Coasters Car Club post-parade. Site can be used to drop off equipment but no parking available.
Each year we see a variety of vendors, from clothing sellers to artisans to plants and food.
Business - $75
Non-Profit - $35
**Early Bird Vendor Registration (from now to April 1st) Vendor Fee: $50
Each year local community organizations set up on the school field among the vendors. Please contact us if your organization will be participating this year.
Community Organization fee: $35
Payment will be collected ahead of event no later then May 1st. Payments can be by e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org or mailed in cheque to PO Box 142 Madeira Park BC, V0N 2H0. Please note that vendor fees are non-refundable.
