WINTER FESTIVAL VENDOR REGISTRATION
We are currently accepting registrations from vendors. Please register by emailing phwinterfestival@gmail.com
Location: Outside @ Millennium Park/Madeira Park Government Dock Vendors and organizations must bring their own tables, chairs, and tent (10'x10'). The weather can be unpredictable so plan ahead for rain, snow & cold weather. Power and wifi not available on site, vendor to provide their own power if they require it. Provide your own lights as it will get dark. Set up starts at 2:00pm, before the festival begins. Be ready to sell as soon as you are set up. Winter Festival events start from 3:00pm - 7:00pm *THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT* Important note: Please park over by the Elementary School after set up as the Millennium Park/Government Dock parking lot will be blocked off from cars after set up for the event is finished. |

Each year we see a variety of vendors, from clothing sellers to artisans to plants and food.
