8:00 am
  • Kids (12 & under) Fishing Derby: Trophies for largest fish, smallest fish, and oddest fish, plus other prizes. At the Madeira Park Government Dock - 12967 Madeira Park Rd.
  • Fun Run: FREE. Registration is at 7:30am with the run starting at 8:00am. Race starts in front of the Oak Tree market in empty lot at 12874 Madeira Park Rd.
  • Lions’ Pancake Breakfast: Pender Harbour Community Hall (until 11 am), 12905 Madeira Park Rd.

11:00 am
  • May Day Parade along Madeira Park Road from Lillies Lake Rd. to the Madeira Park Elementary School. (Note: parking is limited so get there early!)
  • Participants: please muster at the Legion by 10:00 am
  • Parade entry forms are at HARBOUR INSURANCE. Enter until May 19  
    ~ Floats / car / group: $20
    ~ Individual / horse: $5
    ~ Kids under 12: free

11:30 am
  • Crowning of the May Queen on the stage on the Madeira Park Elementary School Field

12:00-3:00/4:00 pm
Activities on the Madeira Park Elementary School field, include:​
  • Classic car display
  • Petting zoo & pony rides
  • Live music
  • Float Plane Tours
  • Licensed Beer Garden
  • Food Trucks
  • Field events & children’s games: silent auction, bouncy castle, obstacle course, face painting, kids’ games & prizes, dunk tank, popcorn, cotton candy, mini donuts
  • 50/50 tickets on sale, draw at 3:00pm
  • Vendors: Crafts, food and more
  • Mechanical Bull

  • Kid’s dance at Pender Harbour Community Hall, 12905 Madeira Park

9:00pm-1:00am
  • Adult Dance at the Pender Harbour Community Hall, 12905 Madeira Park
  • Tickets available for purchase before hand $25 each
