Volunteer for the Homecoming Gala: Raise the Roof!
Presented by the Pender Harbour Community Club
Be part of something meaningful and fun! The Homecoming Gala is a vibrant evening supporting the Pender Harbour Community Hall’s roof restoration project. We’re calling on mature, reliable volunteers (older teens and up) to help bring this night to life. Snacks & beverages provided. Bring your friend and volunteer together as a team! Mostly indoor event with music, fun & great community spirit!

Volunteer Shifts Available:
Friday, Sept 5: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday, Sept 6: • Full Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Split Shifts: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM & 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Sunday, Sept 7: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Final Clean-Up & Takedown)
Service/Club Groups Welcome!
Honorariums are available for groups of 10+ volunteers.

- Photo Booth Helpers
- Tech Support (Square-style payment apps)
