Vendor & Community Organization Registration

​VENDOR REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN!

As the School field will be mostly closed for this year’s event, May Day activities will be centered in the Community Hall and along Madeira Park Road. Our Vendors Market will be relocated within the hall. Space will be limited, but benefits allow a weather-protected setting and less equipment required from vendors.

Includes 1 - 8’ table & 2 chairs.  Booth size TBD

Vendors

Each year we see a variety of vendors, from clothing sellers to artisans to plants and food.

Community Organizations

Each year local community organizations  are among the vendors. Please contact us if your organization will be participating this year.

Payment must be paid no later then May 1st. Payments can be by e-transfer to [email protected] or mailed in cheque to PO Box 142 Madeira Park BC, V0N 2H0. In the notes section of your e-transfer please list your Business Name.
 
**Fraud Alert** May Day will never request payment without direct confirmation. Do not send funds until you have spoken with Janet and received your official booking number and confirmation email from our verified address.
