A Tradition of Community and Support
Inspired by the longstanding tradition of welcoming our local fishing boats home at the season’s end, the Homecoming Gala is a night of connection, nostalgia, and purpose. Our community hall has served as a gathering place for generations, and now, it’s in urgent need of repairs and renovations . This gala is not just an event—it’s an opportunity to ensure our community has a place to gather for years to come. With the donations received to date and the Community Club Society contribution of $70,000 towards the project we are less than $40,000 away from meeting our budget!

The Homecoming Gala will highlight the incredible bounty of our region through a farm-to-table and sea-to-table dining experience. We aim to feature fresh, locally sourced ingredients from the Sunshine Coast, showcasing the best our community has to offer. This is an opportunity for you to be part of a memorable culinary event, reinforcing the connection between local businesses, farmers, fishers, and the community.
